Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Epic Analyst Jobs, accessible at epicanalystjobs.com (the "Site"), operated as Epic Analyst Jobs ("we," "us," "our"). By browsing the Site, submitting a candidate profile, submitting an employer request, or purchasing a Featured Listing or subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What the Site is
Epic Analyst Jobs is an independently run job board focused on Epic EHR analyst and application-support roles. Job listings are compiled automatically from the public career sites of the hiring health systems and consulting firms named on each listing. We do not employ the people we list roles for, we are not a staffing agency of record, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Epic Systems Corporation. "Epic" and Epic module names (Cadence, Beaker, Willow, and similar) are used descriptively to identify the software each role involves and belong to their respective owners.
2. Job listings — no warranty of accuracy
Listings are pulled directly from employers' own career sites on an automated, recurring basis, but employers can change or remove a posting at any time without notifying us. We do our best to keep listings current and to tag each one by the correct Epic module, but we don't guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, or still open, and we're not responsible for the hiring process, compensation, working conditions, or any outcome of an application you submit to an employer. Always verify details on the employer's own site before applying or accepting an offer.
3. Featured Listings (employers)
Employers may purchase a Featured Listing for a one-time fee, currently $99, which places the role at the top of the board and includes it in an alert to analysts on our signup list, for a limited posting period. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Fees are non-refundable once the listing has gone live, except at our discretion — email us if something went wrong. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit and confirm you have the right to post it. We may decline, edit for formatting, or remove any submitted listing at our discretion, including if it doesn't genuinely relate to an Epic EHR role.
4. Subscriptions
Where offered, a paid subscription unlocks additional features on the Site (for example, expanded salary or market-data views) for a recurring monthly fee, billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
5. Candidate profiles
Submitting a candidate profile (name, contact details, modules, resume, and similar) is entirely optional and free. We use it only to match you with relevant, specific employer requests that come in — submitting a profile doesn't guarantee any outreach, and we don't sell or share your profile with anyone outside of that direct-match purpose. You can ask us to update or delete your profile at any time by emailing us (see Section 10).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or systematically reproduce the Site's content for a competing product without permission; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in a candidate profile or employer request; use the Site to harass, spam, or misrepresent yourself to another user or employer; or attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
7. Third-party links
The Site links out to third-party employer career sites and application pages we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any site you're linked to.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any job listing, employer interaction, or candidate match. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Site's features from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
