About

A job board built for one EHR

Epic Analyst Jobs exists because "Epic Analyst" is a real, specific job title, and general-purpose job boards bury it under thousands of unrelated healthcare-IT postings. This site does one thing: track every Epic EHR analyst, application-builder, and revenue-cycle role we can find, tagged by the exact Epic module involved.

How the listings are sourced

Every job on this board is pulled directly from the hiring health system's own career site — their Workday, Oracle Cloud, iCIMS, or similar careers portal — not scraped from a third-party aggregator and not resold from another job board. That means when you click apply, you're applying on the employer's own site, and the listing disappears from this board as soon as the employer closes or fills it.

We run this sync automatically against dozens of health systems and Epic-consulting firms. Each posting is scanned for the specific Epic module it touches — Cadence, Beaker, Willow, Resolute HB/PB, and so on — using the actual language in the job title and description, so you can filter down to exactly the module you work in instead of scrolling through unrelated clinical or IT postings.

What "Epic Analyst Jobs" is not

We're not a staffing agency and we don't have a hidden bench of candidates we're not telling you about. The free board is genuinely free, with no signup required to browse or apply. Two things exist alongside it, both clearly optional:

For employers

A paid Featured Listing puts your role at the top of the board and in front of analysts on our signup list — self-serve, no placement fee.

For analysts

An optional, free candidate profile so employers with a specific module need can reach you directly — nothing is ever charged to analysts.

Who runs this

Epic Analyst Jobs is an independently run job board, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Epic Systems Corporation. "Epic" and the names of Epic modules referenced on this site are used descriptively, to identify the software the listed roles work with, and belong to their respective owners.

We keep this site lean by design — no venture funding, no ad network, no data broker relationships. If something looks wrong (a stale listing, a miscategorized module, a bug), email [email protected] and we'll look at it directly.

Have feedback on the site itself — missing employers, a module that's tagged wrong, a feature you wish existed? That email goes to a real person who builds this, not a support queue.
