Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Epic Analyst Jobs ("we," "us," "our") collects through epicanalystjobs.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and how you can request access to or deletion of it. Browsing the job board itself requires no account and no personal information.

We don't use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking, and we don't run analytics or ad-tracking scripts on the Site at this time. We do use your browser's local storage to remember your subscription-access token so you don't have to log in repeatedly on the same device.

2. How we use it

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with data brokers or advertisers.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Site, each of whom only sees what's necessary to perform their function:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to investigate fraud or abuse of the Site.

4. Data retention

We keep candidate profiles, employer requests, and subscriber records until you ask us to delete them, or until they're clearly no longer relevant (for example, a candidate profile that's gone stale). Resume files are stored only to be shared with a matching employer request and can be deleted on request at any time.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you job alerts, at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll act on it directly — there's no automated self-serve deletion tool yet, but a real person reads and handles every request.

6. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for working professionals and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

7. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we collect or use your information, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
